Payment is required at the time of service, much like massage therapists, plumbers, personal trainers and other skilled services. If you have OON coverage in your insurance plan, we can provide you with a super bill that will have the information required for you to submit to insurance for reimbursement. Too often insurance companies dictate what is allowed or required in PT treatment, which can greatly reduce the quality of care. We believe your treatment should be a collaboration between you and your therapist, not your insurance company. You may use your HSA/FSA card for treatments.
